Subject: A New Chapter Begins – TDK Taiwan’s Strategic Business Division
In a move that’s set to reshape the tech landscape, TDK Taiwan Corporation is proud to announce a bold strategic decision: the transfer of a significant portion of its business to Actutek Corporation, effective January 1, 2026 (or as otherwise announced). But here’s where it gets intriguing – this isn’t just a simple transfer; it’s a carefully planned company division under Article 35, Paragraph 6 of the Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act.
Here’s the Breakdown:
What’s Happening? TDK Taiwan Corporation (the “Company”) has resolved to execute a company division, with the RM Department of its Camera Module Actuator Solutions (MAS Business) transitioning to Actutek Corporation (Actutek), a wholly owned subsidiary. And this is the part most people miss – post-division, TDK Taiwan plans to transfer all its shares in Actutek to Q Tech Group (Q Tech). As of the division’s effective date, Actutek will legally assume all rights and obligations of the RM Department, ensuring a seamless transition.
Your Voice Matters: In line with legal requirements, we’re opening the floor to our creditors. If you have questions or concerns about this division, now’s the time to speak up. Submit your objections to the contact person below within 30 days of this announcement. Silence beyond this period will be considered consent.
What’s Next? Actutek will remain under the TDK Group umbrella, enjoying full operational and financial support until the share transfer to Q Tech is complete. Here’s the controversial part – while Q Tech has pledged to maintain existing business relationships and operations, some might wonder: Will this change truly be seamless, or could there be unseen ripple effects? We encourage you to share your thoughts in the comments.
Looking Ahead: We’re incredibly grateful for your trust and support. This transition isn’t just a change – it’s an opportunity to unlock new potential for all stakeholders. We’re committed to making this process as smooth as possible, ensuring no disruption to our valued partners.
