Jordan, the St. Louis Cardinals' 20th-ranked prospect, will be a special guest at the 2026 Cardinals Caravan on January 18th, 2026, at the Great Hall & Conference Center in Germantown.
But this isn't just any homecoming. Jordan's journey to the big leagues took a dramatic turn when he was traded from the Boston Red Sox to the Cardinals in a blockbuster deal at the 2025 MLB trade deadline. It was a move that brought him full circle, reuniting him with the team he once cheered for as a kid.

In late July 2025, the Red Sox traded Jordan to the Cardinals in exchange for veteran left-hander Steven Matz. This trade sparked excitement among baseball fans, as it reunited Jordan with Cardinals President of Baseball Operations Chaim Bloom, who originally drafted him in the 2020 MLB Draft.
